Portfolio
Concept sites and platforms you can open and use. Everything on them works, and none of it is a picture of a website. Each shows a slice of what a full project would cover rather than all of it.
The one that is not a concept.
Built, shipped and in use, with real people booking through it.
Sites people visit.
The public side of a business: what a patient, a guest or a client sees before they ever speak to anyone.
Fertility clinic
Fertility treatment is not hard to understand because the medicine is complicated. It is hard because nobody explains it in order, in plain words, before it happens. This site is organised around the cycle itself — eight stages, what each one involves, how it feels, a glossary of every term you will hear, and the full cost published before you walk in.
Try thisOpen any of the eight stages and read the third line, "how it usually feels" — the part clinics leave out. Then type OHSS into the glossary and watch it answer before you finish the word. View concept ↗ Concept · MedicalFamily practice website
A patient-facing site for a general practice: what the rooms treat, who the doctors are, fees and medical aid answered up front, and a booking flow that collects everything reception would otherwise have to phone for.
Have a lookEvery fee is published on the page, including what an after-hours visit costs. Most practice sites make you phone to find out, which is the moment people give up. View concept ↗ Concept · HospitalityFarm stay and cottages
A static property site that sends guests to existing Airbnb listings rather than competing with them. Dates, prices and payment stay on Airbnb; the site answers what a listing cannot — what the road is like, whether the water is drinkable, and what happens when the power goes.
Try thisThe hand-drawn farm plan is the navigation — click a cottage pin and it takes you straight there. Then pick a month on the calendar: August tells you the canola is out, June that the whales are in, January that the tractor starts at half past five. View concept ↗Tools the team uses.
The other half, and the half nobody shows you. A clinic website and the dashboard behind it are completely different kinds of work, shaped by completely different questions.
Fertility operations dashboard
The back office of the same clinic. A fertility unit does not run on a day list, it runs on cycles — every patient is on a different day of a different protocol, and the next scan, dose or decision falls due at a different hour. This is that view: who is on which cycle day, what is due tonight, and which results are late.
Try thisEvery patient carries a small meter showing where she is in her cycle, because no two are on the same day. Open one and the stage timeline lights up — and note the alert at the top for the trigger decisions closing tonight. View concept ↗ Concept · OperationsPractice operations dashboard
The back office of the same practice. Arriving intake forms, medical aid verification status, flags on the ones that need a person, and today's list — so the front desk can see the whole day without opening a filing cabinet.
Try thisClick any patient and a drawer slides in with their intake, medical aid status and a note from the front desk. Filter to the flagged ones first to see the two the system has caught. View concept ↗
